What Cronduit is.
Cronduit is a one-person shop selling local lead intelligence. Specifically, scored, enriched datasets of small businesses in Sacramento and the surrounding metro. Each list is built by hand: pulled from Google Places, enriched with a custom Python script that visits every business website to extract real owner-listed emails and phone numbers, then scored 0–15 with a recommended pitch per lead.
What I don't do.
I don't resell broker data. I don't scrape LinkedIn. I don't ship lists with placeholder addresses, dead numbers, or stale records. Every email in a Cronduit list came from the business's own website. Every phone came from their Google Business profile.
Why I built this.
I needed a clean list of local businesses to sell to and couldn't find one. Every vendor I tried sent broker resells with 20% bounce rates and zero context. So I built the pipeline. The first version paid for itself in week one. Now I'm selling the lists to other founders, marketers, and agencies who want the same shortcut.
Where I am.
Sacramento. Born here, work here, walk past most of these businesses. That's why Sacramento is the flagship list: I can sanity-check every entry. Roseville, Elk Grove, Folsom, and Davis are next in queue.
