Why no refunds.
Every product is digital. Once a zip, sheet, or PDF lands on your machine, the value has transferred. Refunding bits that have already been downloaded turns the store into a free library. That's not the deal we want with operators who actually ship.

When we fix it.
If a file is corrupt, a download link is dead, or you were charged twice — email us. We re-ship, re-link, or reverse the duplicate. That's not a refund, that's a fix. It's also the only thing you need from us when something breaks.

How to reach us.
One inbox. cronduit-info@cronduit.com. Include your order number and the file you can't get to. We answer in one business day, usually faster. No ticket system, no bot, no runaround.

Before you buy.
Every product page lists exactly what's inside, exactly how it ships, exactly when you get it. Read it. If anything is unclear, ask before checkout, not after. We'd rather not take your money than take it and have you wish you had it back.
