...and sent the first batch of 40 on a Wednesday afternoon. By Friday he had 4 replies. One turned into a discovery call the following Monday. The deal closed at $5,200 for a full WordPress build with SEO setup. His cost of acquisition: $149 for the list + $29 for the HVAC email pack. Total: $178. Return: $5,200.
